Before you ask
What's the maximum plate thickness and member size you can handle?
We cut plate up to 60 mm on HD plasma and fabricate members up to 24 m long, handled by 40-tonne gantry cranes.
Which welding codes and processes do you work to?
MIG, TIG, SMAW and FCAW to AWS D1.1 and ISO 3834-2, with qualified WPS/PQR and certified welders for every joint.
Do you handle design and detailing, or only fabrication?
Both. Our in-house team takes GA drawings to fabrication-ready shop details and 3D models before any steel is cut.
Can you erect on site as well as fabricate?
Yes — our own rigging crews handle survey, lifting, bolting and site welding through to handover with as-built records.
What finishing options do you offer?
Abrasive blasting, hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating and industrial paint systems specified from C2 internal up to C5-M marine.
How do you handle quality and traceability?
Mill certs are tracked to the member, welds are mapped and NDT-tested, and every job ships with a full QA dossier.
