// 02 — WHAT WE FORGE

Eight disciplines, one continuous chain.

Cutting, forming, welding, machining, finishing, structural fabrication, design and erection — held in-house so your steel lands on site fitting the drawing.

  • A metal fabrication workshop lit by showers of cutting sparks

    High-definition CNC plasma, fibre-laser and oxy-fuel cutting for plate and section. Nested for material yield, edge-prepped for welding, and dimensionally verified before anything leaves the cutting bay.

// 07 — WHY DSG

One chain.
No handoffs.

Design, fabrication, finishing and erection are one continuous chain here — not four handoffs across four vendors. That's why our steel lands on site fitting the drawing.

01

One roof, drawing to erection

In-house design, cutting, forming, welding, finishing and erection means single-point accountability and no inter-vendor finger-pointing.

02

On-time, in erection sequence

We fabricate and dispatch in the order steel goes up, with barcoded tracking — so the crane never waits on the next lift.

03

Traceable quality

Mill certs tracked to the member, qualified WPS for every joint, weld maps and NDT records — a full quality dossier on handover.

04

Certified welders & procedures

Coded welders working to AWS D1.1 / ISO 3834-2 qualified procedures, audited under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

// 08 — QUALITY & ASSURANCE

Proven on paper, not just promised.

Quality is engineered in, then proven on paper. Every job carries a traceable record from mill certificate to final coat.

The quality chain

01

Material control

Incoming steel verified against mill certificates and tracked by heat number.

02

Qualified welding

Joints welded to qualified WPS by coded welders, recorded on weld maps.

03

Inspection & NDT

Dimensional checks plus VT, MPI, UT or RT as the specification demands.

04

Documented handover

A full QA dossier — certs, weld logs, NDT and DFT records — on delivery.
