The challenge
Welded tanks for a marine atmosphere needed leak-tight seams and a coating system rated for the harshest exposure.
Our approach
Full-penetration seam welds with radiographic and vacuum-box testing, then a multi-coat C5-M paint system.
The result
Tanks delivered leak-tight and coated to a 25-year-to-first-maintenance specification.
