The challenge
A tight urban plot with no laydown area and a fixed crane window meant steel had to arrive sequenced for just-in-time erection.
Our approach
We modelled the full frame in Tekla, fabricated in erection sequence, and ran a barcoded dispatch schedule so each lift landed in order.
The result
Zero site rework on connections and a frame topped out two weeks ahead of the contract programme.
